Nice installations, tools are adequate, most of the colleagues are ok, opportunities to learn lots of skills

Coming from another country I felt highly discriminated, they used my nationality to generalize and make me feel small. I calmly told the boss I was not happy with the way he spoke to me and my colleagues, and then he punished me putting me in doing simple jobs and bragged about it to other colleagues. One of the major projects was very badly organized, more the half the team did not know what they were doing and were afraid to ask colleagues and the boss.

Some flexibility, clean environment, easy parking

Very bad feeling between colleagues, people are afraid to talk with the CEO, very desorganized flow in production, no good training, people don't feel motivated
