Smart people, who are inspiring. Interesting clients and work.
Cons
Lack of leadership and HR structures. Low salary. Limited growth opportunities. Tense environment and alot of overtime. No benefits. No parking for employees in building so employees have to pay for their own parking out of salary. Low employee retention as a result of these.
