Cons
Literally everything else. All the other negative reviews on here are not just people being petty. I worked for this company for less than a year, I loved what I did, and I was a top performer. Then one day in fall of 2021 I was called into a surprise Zoom meeting where I was told I was being laid off. This happened around a week after they had just HIRED a new QA Associate to join the QA team. Wtf?? Ok. Can confirm the "cultish" vibes - idolization of K was almost required. She could do no wrong and everything she touched turned to gold. Daily huddles where we recited the LadyBoss theme. Apparently it started out with an MLM-adjacent structure...that should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Garbage.
