Pros
Working as a lagoon lifeguard can be fun at times, and has amazing management. Lots of opportunities to make friends with fellow lifeguards. A great job if you like to work hard and feel responsible. Very flexible schedules.
Cons
The days can be hot, long, boring, and/or very stressful. You never know when you're going to have to deal with an angry customer or get stuck at a pool trying to keep track of a hundred people.
