      Great support, great management. Pay was good with incentives (for Optical). Loved my job.

      Cons

      When they went corporate in 2021 things began to change. I stuck through as I loved my job still. but then in January of 2025, I was blindsided when they laid me off.

      The staff at Lake Eye is amazing; great team work, friendly coworkers, room for growth. They will teach you everything that you need to know.

      Cons

      Middle management could use some training on communication, stress management, delegation, and leadership skills.
