Pros
Some of staff I worked with were incredibly supportive and fun to work with. I enjoyed most of the work I did. This is the only reason I give this place at least 1 star rating. Please read the cons...
Cons
No proper training was given for my job. I had to learn a lot of it by myself and what was taught to me, I had to re-learn because I was told that I was trained improperly the first time (by one of their staff). All of the campuses do not communicate with one another efficiently. Important information was not always passed around to everyone and a lot of last minute hoops to jump through that could have been avoided if only communication had come from the campus in charge. Some of the leadership staff should not be leadership staff at all, because they are not leaders. There is no proper training for them to be unfortunately. Gossip, lies and backstabbing are prevalent...at least in the department where I worked. The people I thought were my friends, were fake. Not all of them, but most of them. So I never really knew who to trust. And the way they dealt with conflict, was to just pretend it wasn't there. No help is given in the area of conflict, even when asked. In fact, if you do bring attention to conflict to bring about resolution in a positive manner, you will more than likely be shunned...or worse, blamed for whatever conflict it is, even if it is not your fault. There is not very much room for growth or advancement, and if/when they do "promote" you, they will just take it away. The pay is embarrassingly low. The amount of work they ask of you is way more than what you can do in the hours you are given in a week. If you go over your hours, (to get your work done), you get in trouble, but if you stay within range of the hours (and not get your work done), then you still get in trouble. Which is ridiculous. Even though they focus on family being important, and talk it, the overall projection that is given is that you must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. If you are a woman, you are not looked upon with as much respect as a man. If you are a lower level employee, you might as well be dirt. At least that is how most of the leadership staff treats lower level employees. Do yourself a favor, and just do not work here. Most of the staff are incompetent, insecure and imbalanced people that just have no idea how to treat others. How sad that is...especially since its supposed to be a Christian environment.
