      Pros

      Great group of people to work with! Great company to work for! Office staff is well-crossed trained. No room for advancement. Much respect to both owners for being able to keep a seasonal field profitable each year!!

      Cons

      For me personally in the short time being at Lakeridge, there was just not enough "consistent" work to keep me busy in this newly created position. I truly felt like a temp as I was doing "grunt" work to try and keep busy. =(
