Good people, caring, good time off, management well put, the day to day is not to stressfull

some of the downsides are that the contare to the time off the benifits not very good

None. Had great people but they were pushed out the door.

Micromanaging in the Business office. Favoritism amongst employees who are friends with the uppers. Age discrimination Blatant framing of incorrect work to gather reason to fire. No mentoring. Hire based on friendships not knowledge.
