      None. Had great people but they were pushed out the door.

      Cons

      Micromanaging in the Business office. Favoritism amongst employees who are friends with the uppers. Age discrimination Blatant framing of incorrect work to gather reason to fire. No mentoring. Hire based on friendships not knowledge.

      Pros

      The amazing people who we support and their wonder families. Great staff, most are there for all the right reasons.

      Cons

      No consistency. No transparency. Everyone in middle and upper management are not in it for the right reasons. It's nonprofit but runs as if they are turn huge profits.
