Pros

Good pay and benefits (before they cut raises and bonuses)

Cons

No work life balance. Management does not care about employees. There is a cult like atmosphere. There are a considerable amount of Directors who are condescending and unprofessional to work with, This was one of the worst companies I worked for. I would NEVER recommend anyone work here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad our pay and benefits stood out positively, as our teams work hard to ensure we remain competitive in the market. We understand that pausing bonuses and raises this year had a real impact on our people. It was a hard decision, made uniformly across the business, and we don’t take lightly how that affected individuals and their families. We have high standards for our leaders when it comes to culture, and leaders are expected to roll up their sleeves alongside their teams. We’re sorry that wasn’t your experience, and we genuinely wish you’d felt comfortable raising these concerns while you were with us. We hope your next opportunity is a better fit and wish you all the best. –Employee Experience Team

Cons

-Strange Company Culture -Mass layoffs ( 3 in 9 months) -Reckless at throwing money at clients and built the second biggest building in Utah but wont spend money on employees and fixing problems. - Not a lot of tenure - Terrible leadership with too many people with lack of experience as C levels -Very old school and wont accept new ideas - Construction is very cheap
