      I've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with various teams. The company encourages employees to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions. However, this sometimes means taking on tasks outside of my job description. 1. Sometimes tasks outside of job description 2. Can be challenging to maintain work-life balance due to collaborative nature of work
