It was close to the interstate and my home, some of the people you work with are amazing.
Cons
Administration doesn’t care about employees or their loyalty. They over run and over work their staff. If you disagree or speak out about anything they call it unprofessionalism. Heaven forbid you’re getting ran into the ground and you don’t smile and just deal with it like a stepford nurse. They have no loyalty to their staff and will pay ungodly amounts to travelers but refuse to take care of their permanent staff. Happy nurses week, here’s some candy! Happy holidays, here’s 10 dollar publix gift cards! Thanks for sticking it out through covid, pat on the back and here’s some high paid travelers to work next to but no bonus for you… kudos! SMH gotta love it!
