The company offers competitive pay and excellent benefits to full time and part time staff. A broad range of supplemental benefits are offered as well, including an EAP offering free mental health counseling to employees as well as their family members. Work life balance and culture are very positive at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. Advancement opportunities are available for staff in a variety of career paths. Senior Leadership and Management are supportive and listen to feedback, implementing ideas whenever possible. I am proud to work for this hospital and UHS as an organization!
