      Wonderful staff working in ED. Good pace and flow.

      Cons

      Leadership is very self-serving. Corporate always watching and micromanging. Unrealistic expectations of lower leadership and regular staff. Always understaffed and refused to hire more staff. Too focused on profits.

      Great team, great atmosphere, supervisor has your back

      Cons

      Have to travel to free standing emergency room with the intention of getting extra pay, but you don't, or at least not easily if you do. Miscommunication with higher ups and hr constantly
