      Great place to start for fresh graduates in terms of learning how work happens in industrial companies. Good job security Opportunities to learn on the job and develop CAD skills and learn from other experienced colleagues Help is provided and gauranteed when there are doubts with the work

      Delayed implementation or no updation of software tools for the work Occasional blame culture approach to mistakes and problems Not the most competitive salary and benefits Frequent expectation to work beyond working hours
