Pros
Very good about understanding personal issue time. Never heard of someone not being taken care of when they have personal things to deal with. Good way to get some qualifications under your belt. And most pay increases are given to you and your coworker equally. So if your lazy, you still get paid.
Cons
As with many companies that string across the country, this one does have some bad apples for management. The company is not known for mentorship or leadership. The will promote their best workers without preparing them and then end up firing them because they could not do the new job. Pay increases are given to you and your coworkers equally. So if your the guy pulling twice everyone else's weight, you still get the same raise. Advancement opportunities do not surface very often and when they do, get a U-Haul because your moving to another state.
