Pros
Nice environment overall. Good company to work after graduation although no chance to growth within the company, so people leave after 2 or 3 years (or before because of toxic manager).
Cons
Very bad HR structure - typical from small/medium companies so issues can't be shared with a specific person (only with colleagues). No team events (maybe one pizza truck per year)..
