      Excellent product. The coffee is the best I've ever had.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Only the typical struggles that come from running multiple routes, with multiple products and customers to take care of.

      Pros

      Interesting learning the science and principles behind coffee roasting.

      Cons

      No matter what you do there is no pleasing Mr. Lambert. The pay is not worth the job. If you're looking for a career do not work here. The term chain of command does not float in this ocean of narcissism that is Lambert's coffee. He will not let you be the warehouse manager that he hired you for. $15 an hour to be criticized no matter what you do, doesn't work for me.

      Discounted Coffee, Monday through Friday job

      Poor work environment. There is really no clear cut path to any role, they try and make everyone do everything and at a fair low pay.
