Awful - Anonymous employee Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory Employee Review

I've been working here for 4 months and I am currently planning my exit. The leadership in the administration is ineffective. The administration is rude and they do not properly train new employees despite saying they will do so in their job ad. The administration wants someone who is more experienced but does not advertise as such. The pay is subpar, but hard to live on especially with student loans, car payments/insurance, rent, and other bills.
