Pros
-the restaurant I worked at was family-run and the managers were some of the hardest-working people I've ever met -none of that corporate BS: everything was managed at a restaurant level -flexible scheduling -awesome coworkers -you get to learn how to toss pizza! -tips are always nice
Cons
-not great if you're looking for full-time work (I averaged anywhere from 15-30 hours per week) -if it's slow, you might get sent home early -at least at my location, all tips were shared, so don't expect to live off of those
