Pros
I had an excellent experience at Landvault, particularly due to the strength of the leadership team and the calibre of people across the business. The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and genuinely supportive, with colleagues who are both highly capable and willing to go the extra mile for one another. Senior leadership is a standout. Working closely with executives such as the CFO and COO provided strong exposure to strategic decision-making and a clear understanding of how the business operates at scale. Most notably, Sam Huber sets a clear vision for the company and fosters an environment of trust, accountability, and ambition. His leadership style encourages ownership while remaining approachable and open to ideas, which creates a very empowering environment. There is also a strong emphasis on innovation and adaptability, which makes it an exciting place to work, particularly given the evolving nature of the industry. Overall, a great environment for anyone looking to grow, contribute meaningfully, and work alongside high-quality professionals.
Cons
Not really a con but as with many high-growth companies, the pace can be intense at times, and priorities may shift quickly as the business evolves. This requires a level of adaptability and resilience, which may not suit everyone.
