Pros
Consistent work and working hours. 401K match, insurance is a bit pricey but has good coverage. Working dedicated is nice since you know your customers well. Driver managers are great except one who handles local and his approach to handling work flow.
Cons
Pay and safety bonus not all that great - Standard. Company is growing and the micromanaging is getting worse. The equipment is the cheapest stuff out there, expect break-downs and frustration with the job almost weekly. Pay is not adjusted to experience or time with the company. Everyone is paid the same regardless of experience or safety over the years. Corporate said we would get raises as they've been worked into the contracts. We did not get our raises this past year. Insurance went up so we took a pay-cut!
