Horrible company - Groundskeeper Landmark Properties Employee Review

This company will listen to the words of a frustrated, horrible employee and fire the person they complained about right on the spot. No warning. No consideration of your side of the story. They dont care about the fact that you worked there several years and never had a complaint. They dont write you up or put you on a personal improvement plan like every other person has been. They don't give you any proof. They just fire you and wish you the best. They overwork you, pay you barely enough money to survive, then throw you to the wolves when they no longer need you. They are unprofessional. They pick and choose sides. They do not fire or write up management that has repeatedly been reported about. Horrible company with no compassion, understanding, or professionalism.
