Pros

Opportunity tow work with some wonderful people who really care about clients.

Cons

Micromanagement at its finest. Senior management do not listen, they focus only on sales and have no sense of the operational side. The pay gap between different people in the same role is ridiculous. A Client Relationship Manager hired externally is paid up to 20k/year more than internal hires, while the responsibilities and expectations are much higher for someone who has already been in the company and gets paid less. Centre teams are seen as "essential workers" and asking to work from home is very frowned upon and rarely approved.

Pros

- transferable skills you will gain from the role

Cons

- lack of respect and understanding from those higher in the company (force you to do jobs or go elsewhere without consent) - no work life balance - very little benefits of the role - only living wage pay so not a lot of money compared to same roles in different companies
