Pros
Landstar is a great company to lease on to with tons of freedom to choose your lane. They help you in times of need to fix your truck if you don't have the money. I can't complain about the company at all because they have been there for me from the beginning. They have helped me to stay in business when the cost to fix my truck was more than I could afford to pay out of my own pocket. There are a lot of very nice people here very courteous and helpful anytime you're in need
Cons
The cons are not really the company but the industry we are in with rates being low at the time and we have to deal with it until it gets better. Sometimes it get hard to keep going but they are always there to help you to keep going if you need it. We could use a little more transparency with loads but I guess that's everybody's problem right now.
