      There's no end to the opportunities you have to help other's complete projects. If you want to you can keep grinding, learning, and make a name for yourself. The culture is great, everyone likes each other, and we all have a good time getting things done together. So far everyone has jumped at the opportunity to help me learn something new and contribute to the teams.

      Cons

      Nothing's jumped out at me as a con so far. I'm excited to be here and learning.

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
