Pros
The staff and teachers are extremely helpful and kind, and you almost never see anything upsetting in the office, everyone is always smiling and talking. Often times they form very close bonds with each other which makes for a very close community. They are very accepting, but you also have to show that you are accepting of them. There is always coffee, tea, water, and candy in the lobby and if there's something missing they are very happy to accommodate. Every rule they make (even the ones with the notes) serves a purpose and keeps thing less confusing if you and your coworkers are getting along and communicate often. There are no rules prohibiting employees from talking to each other outside work and you will find many instructors who do just that. Like with every team, it is encouraged to grow. If you have any problems in scheduling or need some time, they are very understanding to work with you. As long as you put in the effort and say it nicely and humbly you will never be met with resistance. The atmosphere is casual in the office which leads to a very relaxed atmosphere (even when everyone is under pressure), which really makes for a nice vibe in the office... but as long as everyone is trying and doesn't have an attitude. I think that as long as you keep an open mind and are understanding, things will be great.
Cons
They are a little disorganized, but they are trying their best to minimize it. There could be some more guidance to the offices that do not work in close proximity to the director, and I feel like the employees in certain schools slack off a bit due to the lack of guidance. The CEO can sometimes be a little confusing with his demands or suggestions but as long as you ask your questions politely (as you always should), he is happy to answer.
