Pros

Flexible hours, make your own schedule, no traffic to get there during rush hour, close to a nice bike path, free coffee, quick interview/hiring process, casual dress code, ability to work remotely

Cons

No communication (including saying hello to anyone in the office), no individual attention, no recognizable office culture, no description of the rules of the office, everyone gossips about each other over Gchat, management is very cliquey, catty, and yells a lot, in an otherwise silent office. This company goes through employees like tissues. New people start and others are fired biweekly. The people who work in this office are not valued at all, except for the three managers.

Pros

Decent salary and reasonable workload

Cons

I rarely take the time to write feedback, but my recent experience with your company was so appalling that I feel obligated to speak up. From start to finish, the level of incompetence, lack of freedom, and disregard for Project management experienced PEOPLE was staggering. Your support team, if I could even call them that, was unhelpful, disrespectful, and clearly not trained to handle even the most basic issues. I’m writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with your company, particularly regarding the excessive micromanagement and the overall failure in listening to experienced people. Interacting with your organization has been nothing short of exhausting. At every step, I encountered layers of unnecessary approvals, repeated check-ins, and an obsession with control that paralyzed progress. It seems your team is more focused on monitoring every tiny detail than on actually solving problems or helping. This kind of micromanagement not only slows everything down—it destroys trust and efficiency. The entire experience felt like a case study in how not to run a business. It’s astonishing how little autonomy your employees seem to have, and it’s clear that this culture of over-control is hurting both your staff and your customers. I could only standalone 6 months there and I felt like hell, been monitored, examinated and voiceless. I have no intention of working with your company again, and I’ll be actively discouraging others from doing so. Something needs to change—starting with your management style.
