Laragh is a no-frills company where you are only expected to do your work and do it well. There are no niggly company events or other compulsory commitments. Pleasant staff to work with.
Cons
No extra benefits like medical aid. Workflow can be erratic. Have to be in the office once a week even though work it is possible to do most work totally remotely. Flat company structure, little to no opportunity for career growth or promotion.
