      My first day was yesterday. The onboarding process was extensive, yet smooth and painless. Everyone I've met is bursting with positive vibes and super excited about collaborating to build great software and serve our customers.

      Cons

      Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.

      - tech debt is out of control - no clear direction. I don’t trust the CEO and CTO’s judgement - layoffs upon layoffs - sinking ship
