Poor Leadership/ Managers are bullys - Not Applicable Title Larson Automotive Group Employee Review

Forward thinking company with excellent leadership. I've worked indirectly for Larson for 4 years, but recently came on board as a full time employee. I can't say enough about how happy I am to work here. Policies are fair. Pay exceeds others. People are great. And if you have above average skills, you will be treated like gold. If you are substandard, they have all the training available for you to succeed.

It's challenging to get hired, as the group commands top tier talent.

Some good people still work there.

The family is all about money, they do not care about their employees, they pencil you any time they can, the CFO and COO are just as bad as the owners.
