Pros

Some decent people who work there - not many, but some.

Cons

Starting from the top, the CEO and ex MD are every bit as bad as suggested in other reviews. There is no structure in place or training to develop staff. They have a policy of taking on apprentices on a cheap salary and then getting rid of them towards the end of the 12 month period. Staff turnover is shocking, even for a recruitment agency - just look at the list of ex employees on Linkedin. There was a focus from the CEO to strong arm current employees into writing favourable reviews around the start of the year. Do not be fooled by these.......

Dear Anonymous Employee, Thank you for your comments they are much appreciated and have been fully taken on board. Let me give you an idea what has happened in the last 6 months. 1. We have implemented a full training and induction plan 2. We have implemented a new CRM. 3. We have implemented a new advertising system 4. We have implemented a new commission scheme and salary plan 5. We have introduced no set hours and zero holidays so that you can work the hours you want and take as many holidays as you like, all you need to be is above 80% of target 6. We have launched a new website 7. We have put in place an EMI scheme 8. We have defined our service offering so that we are more niche. 9. All directors have sales targets and get fully involved in making sales 10. We have business for 2020. I would encourage that you contact me so that we can discuss how things have changed, The turn over of staff has stopped, we are hiring experienced staff and we have trained all the remaining apprentices. I look forward to speaking with, I can be contacted on 0113 887 2884. Kind regards Howard

Pros

The location was good and the office was bright.

Cons

Felt uncomfortable, the CEO did not follow policies or employment legislation. Had to involve ACAS Howard Greenwood was never the CEO, he was a disgruntled ex MD, who took credit for others work.

Pros

Cant think of many. if you like egotistical bosses its the place to be. Good coffee, nice location.

Cons

Managing director likes to sleep his way around the office and pervs on anything with legs. CEO/Owner - Rude, abrupt, arrogant boss who likes to micro manage and believes the way to get something done is to shout. Backstabbing office manager who likes to sell you out to get one up. Two faced finance team. I was only here for a short stint and the above is just a snapshot. It really is awful, the atmosphere is barbaric, the owner sits in his ivory tower and screams at people down the phone to get things done. The longest member of staff is only there because she doesnt have to work in the same office as them. They have a revolving door which is not surprising as when you leave they try to take all the money they owe you. Honestly avoid them, i know it all sounds negative but it is. Truly awful!
