Pros
The regional manager for LA North but she’s leaving so nothing
Cons
Where to even start…first off you would think that being a nurse your opinion or concerns would matter but it falls on deaf ears. All the company cares about is growing, making money, and over scheduling. A year ago before the changes started happening things were fine but now the company started rapidly growing and not caring about the nurses who actually assess and perform the treatments. The scheduling utilization is just so unrealistic and is brining out the nurses but the company doesn’t care because their number one priority is making money. Now let’s talk about in clinic. The so called location directors is a joke of a position especially for specific clinics (ex: Valencia) They have all the power of the clinic they manage and have these responsibilities that make no sense. Also they are in charge of the schedule and make it a mess and overload it just so they can receive a bonus for the utilization of it. So basically they receive a bonus for all the hard, physical labor that the RNs do. The Rns are at the bottom of the barrel there. Beware of the drama. It’s nothing but toxic and backstabbing females.
