None, there is no respect or integrity among these recruiters. They're definitely focused on throwing numbers at positions and earning a commission, not interested in your what's best for you or developing any sort of long-term relationship with you.

No follow ups with you, either you make them the finder's fees or you're worthless. I had to contact companies directly to find out the truth, only to be told they had informed Lassen Group a week ago with the news. I never heard back from either recruiters (I worked with 2 separate recruiters. 1 passed me off to the other and didn't even say hello when I went in again in the future to interview). No validated parking, I ended up paying $20+ for going twice with no results. Recruiter I worked more with was extremely incompetent, asked me the same questions over and over every time we had a phone call. Supremely unprofessional, absolutely cannot recommend.
