Pros
The beverage industry is a stable place to be from a career standpoint. Compensation is reasonable.
Cons
The executive team is undergoing a lot of change not all of which is for the best. The former owners who remain in the business are bizarre. Decisions regarding people are hard to understand. If you have any ethical standards beware!
