Decent benefits if you work at the Corporate office in Carneys Point. For those employees who work at the plants, they cannot take advantage of the benefits because they are working an average of 55+ hours a week.
Cons
Tremendous turnover at the top management level No work/life balance A lot favoritism Promote the incompetent employees but are your typical brown-nosers Overwork & overlook the employees who are actually doing the job and are working really hard to keep the place up & running
