Business outlook
Pros
Once you have learned the ins and outs of the role, you are given near full autonomy. As long as you are performing to their standards you will be given the freedom to manage your clients in your own way. There is a lot of support in the office for new employees starting out.
Cons
Depending on staffing, you may be required to start as a Travel Advisor Assistant for a number of months before getting into the role of Travel Advisor; however, some people prefer the Travel Advisor Assistant role as there is a great work-life balance.
