Not much I can think of

Some of my co-workers were excellent people that were hard working and driven.

1) CEO likes to play mind games. He won't give you direction but gets upset when you fail to read his mind. 2) If you aren't a software developer or salesperson, you don't matter to the CEO. 3) Some co-workers act like small children whining and throwing a fit to toss others under the bus to work their own agenda
