They are true visionaries driven to break the status quo in recruitment. This is recognised by the industry with their nomination for “Best Recruitment Company - Small business” for Seek’s SARA Awards 2021 which is a massive achievement within 5 years of launching. There are amazing incentives including days off for charity work and for every placement that is done 2 trees are planted. One on behalf of the client and one on behalf of the candidate. They have recently branched out by opening offices in Melbourne and Adelaide and both have hit the ground running. Though still small, the Melbourne office is located in CreativeCubes’s funky shared office space next to the South Melbourne Market, that is filled with entrepreneurs and start ups. The list goes on, but in short, this is a great company to work for, no big personalities, just down to earth hard working professionals that don’t take themselves too seriously.
