Pros
Remote work, unlimited PTO (which can be strange, many people take very little time off to none), medical insurance (not full coverage), most holidays off, wellness day once a month (stressful because you still need to get the work done anyways), $50 a month on Holistic platform to get whatever you want, good laptop and screen to work from home
Cons
Rotation of employees is quite big, I've talked to a few who left, and I can say we all have the same sensation of being overworked. The workload is very heavy, and upper management has this attitude of "we only keep high performers and winners, this company has very high standards." The truth is they've let very hard working people go because they've crumble under intense work that comes with very little guidance. They're looking for employees that step up during the storm, so don't expect to be helped when it gets tough (and it will). Instead, they'll be watching you.
