Pros
-Good people - the people here are good at what they do and also easy to work with... I think the leadership has done a lot over the past couple of years to get the right folks in place and it's having an impact -Interesting market opportunity - they're thinking through the long term strategy for Product in a great fashion -Lot of upside - I think there's still a lot of potential and areas to grow
Cons
-Remote environment - not really a con, but it's a remote company, so you see teammates in person like twice a year if not in sales or near an office
