-My interview process was super quick but thorough, I felt that management were selling it to me rather than just questioning me on what I could bring, and being offered the job the day after my interview gave me faith I would be valued. -Given proper responsibility from (almost!) day 1 and trusted to learn on the job - Ongoing coaching rather than just being told or taught things once - My personal career goals have been discussed from the start and am given clear opportunity to work towards them - Startup with a small team so I have exposure to all directors and am able to ask questions directly and learn from different perspectives - Clear position in the market and everyone is behind our message - Great to be selling a cutting edge product with new features coming out constantly, it makes me excited to work rather than dreading Mondays!

- Less structured training materials and reporting than I was used to in my previous role, so sometimes need to ask around to find particular information or collateral - however this almost becomes a Pro, as I have been given the chance to improve this using my own experience

Great core values and atmosphere. With a headcount of under 50 in the London office, enables the team to work closely and offer support to each other. In addition, with offices spread across the globe in Ireland, Bulgaria, Manila and Mauritius, there is regular communication and involvement from each member of the company where monthly video conference meetings take place which allows us all to be kept in the loop of events in each departments across the company. Great innovative product that will make a positive impact on the world of recruitment, resourcing and add value in every stage of an employee lifecycle. Great introduction of "TINYPULSE"- weekly surveys and opportunity to share ideas to management as well recognising other individuals achievements within the business through the "CHEERS' function.

Would be nice to have an opportunity to buy shares within the business.
