Pros
1)As this company is built on core values, World Top Software Giants are associating with this company
2)Dynamic environment and very very friendly/helpful colleagues
3)Training process on the application is really awesome for the newcomers
4)Company is giving Lot of Freedom to the employees to get succeed in their carrier and to do innovative things as well
5)I observed that even ex employees of this company are rejoining to the Launchship Family
6)I do have mixed feelings initially, as I had worked for the reputed mnc before joining here.But after joining I liked it
7)My sincere suggestion to the newcomers, come and join this company, definitely you will like this environment and no doubt you would refer your friends too...
