Job security is a joke. Employees are hired easily, then quickly fired for no apparent reason at all. Even if employees weren't fired so easily, you probably wouldn't want to work here due to how terrible the work conditions are. Work-life balance is unhealthy, the pay is terrible, expectations are unrealistic, etc. The only reason people even consider working her is because they lure you in with huge promises, but have no intention of pulling through with any of them.
