Pros

- Challenging, intellectually stimulating projects - Very good pay and benefits - Bright, talented (yet down-to-earth) colleagues - Strong leadership team - Flexible with respect to working hours and requested time off - Excellent company culture as a whole (e.g., employees expected to be responsible for their own work without being micromanaged; a distinct lack of me-first/self-promoter types)

Cons

- Although LRCA actively promotes work-life balance, a handful of positions are best suited for individuals who don't expect each/every week to be 40 hours long.

Pros

Good pay and benefits

Cons

Excellent chairman CEO. Appears to be a friendly great group of people at first. From the Vice Presidents down to Senior Economists, this quickly changes and you learn that this is a great place to work if you don't have or expect to have a life outside of work. You are accepted conditionally based on your willingness to submit to their cult like control over. You. The culture is a rigid clique. If you are not willing to make your co workers your only friends and family, your time there will be hell. Too many middle and micro managers that play favorites to the extreme. As long as you are in their graces you will be accepted and valued. Some employees are hired particularly to help with a heavy case load and are cast aside when no longer needed
