Location is on north side and no travel outside of Indy. Some people outside of construction would help you out.
Cons
I’ve been with a couple companies, this one was by far the worst. Can’t trust anyone, no one helps each other and everyone is extremely two faced. You will have way to many people involved that have nothing to do with the construction process, but feel they have a say. Everyone has a title of Vice President or Senior Vice President? Construction Senior Vice Presidents are tough guys that just aren’t. One acts like a child along with doing nothing to help you out (but acts like the people’s boss) and one acts like he’s the best of everything. Always has a “cool story” that turns into something about himself. No one cares and it’s embarrassing.
Superintendents were the laziest I’ve ever seen. Literally delegated tasks to sub contractors that were their tasks for Lauth.
