      the only positive was Onboarding

      Cons

      The culture lacked respect and empaty, creatinga toxic and demoralizing enviroment. Working for this company was the most distressing experiance of career (20+ years of career). Strange culture, lots of new staff(70%), few with any length in service. Constant change in process and systems, no one actually knows what they are doing. No training, micromanangement, disorganised and disrespectful management. Management think you are their property and disprect you and raise their voice at you. if you report anything, it will back fire you. I left the company feeling completely unsupported and emotionally drained.

      Pros

      The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is one of the things that makes it stand out. I appreciate how the leadership team actively seeks out diverse candidates and creates an inclusive work culture where everyone feels welcome. Overall, it is a very nice place to work in and management care about their employees. They care about your ideas to grow the business and they love to see you succeed in your career.

      Cons

      At times the office overseas can feel a little disconnected from headquarters in regards to events that happen in the company. However, it is understandable due to the time difference.
