Pros
For me the luxury to work from home is a plus 2 rest days per week This is the first company I've work with that have a very positive working environment and everybody is approachable and always there to help. The company also listens to our feedbacks on what needs to improve on and what will make us work efficiently and easily. The career growth is fast too just be consistent and you can never be unnoticed
Cons
Constant changes may overwhelm you but it is for the better so this is a challenge that I am always happy to take.
