Pros
Starting wage is above minimum wage. Work isn't too taxing, but requires focus. Good facilities. Overall good management.
Cons
No lunch breaks except on 9-hour shifts. Breaks are nearly unmonitored, lazy coworkers take advantage of busy supervisors. One bad manager harasses nearly all employees, nothing has been done despite numerous complaints.
