Pros

This was by far one of the best companies I've ever worked for. My supervisor was beyond understanding and considerate during the absolute most difficult time of my life. I would love to work for them again and recommend this company to anyone interested in merchandising.

Cons

I never experienced a downside while employed here. The only thing I would consider to be a downside is the pay rate.

As far as hourly rate, we are regularly evaluating our payrates and making adjustments when we are able to based on the market and we do offer a voluntary benefit package as well as 401K for benefit options.

Good job if you want autonomy and enjoy merchandising and/or display

The job however changed during my time there. They lost clients, so there wasn't as much work available.
